These terms apply when you use the Handlez app and its website ("Handlez", "we": the developer shown as the seller of Handlez on the App Store). By using Handlez you agree to them. They add to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies; where the two differ about Apple, Apple's terms win. You must be at least 13 years old to use Handlez.
Handlez is a read-only companion for Yahoo Fantasy Basketball. It reads your leagues through Yahoo with your permission and shows projections, plans, and answers computed from that data and from public NBA information. It never changes anything in Yahoo. Handlez is not made, endorsed, or sponsored by Yahoo, the NBA, ESPN, or Apple.
Handlez works only while Yahoo lets it read your leagues. Yahoo can change, limit, or stop that access at any time, and Yahoo, ESPN, and other sources can be late, wrong, or unavailable. When that happens parts of Handlez, including Pro features, may not work until the source is back. We will tell you in the app when we know of a lasting problem.
You sign in with Yahoo. Keep your device and Yahoo account secure; you are responsible for what is done with your Handlez account. You can delete it at any time in Settings › Delete account.
Handlez is free to use. Handlez Pro is optional and adds features the app marks as Pro. What the free plan and Pro include can change over time, and some free features may become Pro features; we tell you in the app before such a change applies to you. Pro unlocks the features listed in the app when you buy. We may improve, add, or replace features; if we remove a main Pro feature, we say so in the app first.
Pro is sold only through Apple's App Store, in two forms. Before you buy, the app shows each one's price, what Pro includes, and, for the season pass, the date it ends.
To keep Handlez fast and affordable, Ask Handlez questions are limited. The app shows your plan's limit, how many questions are left, and exactly when they reset; only answered questions count. Every account also has a short burst limit, and we may slow or stop automated, scripted, or abusive use (for example many questions in a few minutes, or resale of answers). We may change these limits; a change is shown in the app before it applies to you.
Ask Handlez uses AI models from outside providers (named in the Privacy Policy) to write answers from numbers Handlez computes, only after you allow it. Answers can be wrong or incomplete. They are not betting, financial, medical, or legal advice, and the decisions you make in your leagues are yours.
Do not copy, scrape, or resell Handlez or its data; do not reverse engineer it, get around its limits, or use it in a way that breaks Yahoo's terms or the law; do not use it to harm other people.
Handlez's software, design, and computed results belong to us. Your league data belongs to you and Yahoo; we use it only as the Privacy Policy says.
Handlez is provided "as is". Projections and plans are estimates; we do not promise any result in your leagues or that Handlez will always be available or free of errors.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by Yahoo, Apple, or other data sources, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for Handlez Pro in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
You can stop using Handlez and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or stop offering Handlez; if we stop offering Pro, we will tell you in the app first.
We will update this page and the date above when the terms change, and tell you in the app about material changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction, without taking away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
